Packing for a Safari

On Thursday I will be embarking on a trip that I have wished to go on since I was a little girl...an African Safari!

At 7 a.m. Thursday morning we will begin the six hour drive from where I am currently living in Pretoria to Kruger National Park.  We will be staying in Marloth Park, which is near the southern entrance of Kruger in a house with three other couples.

I recently did some research on what to pack for an African Safari, but didn't find anything of much use. So I've decided to share with the world my own safari packing list (also I just REALLY like making lists). Since we're staying in a house and have to provide a lot of our own things, the list is a bit longer than if you were staying in a hotel.

Enjoy! I'll let you know how the trip goes!
